Ladies and gentes I just got off the phone with Ray from Kmart customer service and he confirmed that my local Kmart WAS in deed participating in the Kmart doubles AND ALL of the other Kmarts in Wisconsin. (As I asked him to check and he said that it looked like they were all participating!!) LET'S GET READY TO SHOP!!!!!! Whooo Hoooo!!!
